The 364-square-foot Cajun Express quick-service restaurant opened for business September 30, 2003 and is owned by Billy Fox Jr., Trever Boucher and Jason Cardwell. The group also owns the Downtown New Orleans restaurants at 163 N. High St. and 199 E.
