About Us

Cook Shack BarBQ owner Walter McNabb has partnered with Matt Marshall, owner of Marshall's restaurant in Grandview, for a combination of BBQ, Cajun and extreme salad bar offerings. Besides the usual smoked BBQ meats with southern sides, a specialty of the house will be sauteed shrimp in a buttery Creole sauce.
