In fact, there are signs strictly forbidding dancing of any sort. But, most of all, El Chap is definitely something you should NOT miss. Back in the day -- "the day" being when LoDo was considered skid row -- the stage was graced with big name stars. And the stage continues to be lit up by more talent than you would expec
