Ordered their pizza during Superbowl. When I called ahead, I was told that it'll be ready on time. I confirmed again to make sure I won't be delayed. Upon arrival, I saw about 20 people waiting for their order.nnThinking nothing of it (and being glad that I pre-ordered), I paid the cashier, only to be told then that my order is not ready and they cannot guarantee when it'll be ready.nnBy then I already paid and was stuck waiting for my order.
