Hometown Buffet

<H2>Hometown Buffet</H2>Operated as one of a large chain of buffet restaurants operated by Buffet Inc., founded in 1983 and a merger in 1996 between Buffet Inc. (Old Country Buffets) and Hometown Buffet Inc., which was orginally formed when one of the two founders split to start up Hometown. The Buffet restaurants use a 'scatter' buffet system that allows a wide selection of food spread across different counters, as opposed to some other buffets where you walk along one long counter.
