Pei Wei Asian Diner

The P.F. Chang upscale cuisine has taken a new faster service turn with the Pei Wei Asian Diner. Serving the same popular lettuce wraps, spring rolls and many other Chinese/Asian entrees. Choices include salads, noodles, rice bowls, appetizers, spicy Korean, Mongolian, Asian Coconut Curry and Chile style entrees. According to their Web site, this is basically a Pan-Asian noodle shop with counter service that makes for a decent power lunch option. There is also many vegetarian offerings marked by a hippi
