Spit roasted chicken (pollo al carbon) is the centerpiece of the menu. There are also a great variety of beef, pork and fish dishes. The servings are generous for most dishes which usually come with beans, rice, salad and either potato or cassava or plantain. Fish dishes come with vegetable other than beans.
