Restaurant Vineria 'Locanda Fontanabuona'

Set in the Monferrato hills south-east of Asti, the 'Locanda Fontanabuona' has a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. Starters include <i>focaccette</i> accompanied by <i>lardo di colonnata</i>, the primi include <i>tagliolini alle ortiche</i> with melted butter and mint, and an asparagus flan with fonduta.
