Home cooking with a flair. They cook your mother's recipes and make them seem like Oscar winners. Voted "Best American Restaurant" in Monterey. The setting is an old roadhouse about 10 minutes from downtown Monterey. The stone walls and beautiful gardens provide for a romantic dining experience. Inside, the white table cloths and excellent service give the restaurant a special feel for any occasion. A little expensive for the down home menu, but the quality is first class.
