9Round is a kickboxing fitness circuit designed for you to get an effective, full-body workout in just 30 minutes. There are no class times, as new rounds start every 3 minutes. Workouts are changed every day for maximum effectiveness. Each member also receives a fitness trainer, access to special nutrition plans and My Zone Heart Rate Technology to track and monitor physical activity.
