Affirm Counselling

Welcome to Affirm Counselling. I am a qualified psychotherapist with a Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's College, London. I practice Psychotherapy and CBT and short–term, solution focused therapy. I have been working as a Therapist in Brighton and Hove and East Sussex since 2005. Your first session will cost only £30 and will be an opportunity for us to discuss your needs.
