About Us

American Powder Coatings is a coating manufacturing company with a state-of-the-art facility located in St. Charles, IL.

Six production lines are available with daily capacity of over 250,000 lbs of powder paint. APC serves a variety of large, multinational OEMs and independent custom coaters throughout North America. OEM and custom coater products are made up to 100,000 lbs/color in a stock agreement for JIT needs. A color card is available showing popular colors in a variety of gloss and surface finishes in Epoxy, Hybrid, Polyester/TGIC, Polyester/HAA, Polyester/Urethane, and Acrylic chemistries.
