Amethyst Island Counselling

Amethyst Island Counselling provides a safe space for our diverse clientele to heal and grow into their best selves. We see clients out of our office-space in Victoria, BC, via secure video chat or over the phone. Our specialties include chronic health issues, disabilities, 2SLGBTQ2IA+ issues, addictions, relationships, anxiety, and depression. Modalities used include the Gottman Method, mindfulness, narrative-therapy, person-centered therapy, and body-oriented therapies such as somatics. Amethyst Island Counselling is certified with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and ICBC approved for counselling.
