Amp the Cause, formerly Concerts For Kids, was founded in 2004 by Christie and Walter Isenberg based on the belief that all children should be entitled to receive the best healthcare and quality education available. Initial efforts were focused on raising funds through an annual concert with funds raised to be donated to selected non-profit organizations such as Children's Hospital Colorado and Denver Public Schools.
