About Us

Jay and Melody Vachal, founders of Arise Home Health Care (AHHC), are two such people. In April of 2000, Jay, a respected local businessman, and Melody, a Speech/Language Pathologist specializing in early/special education, started Arise as a way to improve the personal care services available to their son Isaac who has Cerebral Palsy and is blind.
