Avalon Management, Inc. is a distinguished property/investment/asset management firm founded by John Gerard and Angela Gerard in 2003. Avalon Management’s earlier years focused on managing properties exclusively in the Avalon Park/Waterford Lakes area. More recently, Avalon Management has recognized an increasing need for a competent, proficient management company through out central Florida.
