About Us

BZ Personal Training provides specialized personal training for older adults. Most of my clients are over 60 years old and many of the people we train at The Mather Retirement Home are in their 70s and 80s. As such, any program we develop together will be specifically designed with the older adult in mind.

We are AFAA certified personal trainer and currently completing my Sr. Fitness Certification through NASM. Also older adult who has battled ailments including arthritis, tendonitis and cancer. As such,
