Baby Boot Camp

Many new and soon-to-be moms struggle with fitness – there’s just not enough information out there. How can you stay fit while pregnant – and is it safe to work out? New moms have the bigger problem of finding the time to exercise with their new responsibilities.

Baby Boot Camp is here to solve all of these problems with our ‘mommy and me’ workout classes. Instead of exercise needing time away from your children, our classes are designed to include them – which is an excellent bonding experience.
