Barry Plant Mordialloc

Our real estate agency commenced in 1919 in the same location at Main Street, Mordialloc. The business was originally started by Hiram Phillips & Reg Nicholson - two returned soldiers from World War I.

Director Michael Care manages the Sales Department (Residential and Commercial properties) whilst Con Nicolis oversees the the Property Management Department. Both complement each other to ensure smooth day to day operations of their office.
