Bird On A Wire celebrates the tradition of the classic neighborhood chicken shop, and is hallmarked by its commitment to nutritious ingredients and ethical sourcing. The concept is founded and run by three young and creative friends who wanted to offer a sustainable, healthy, accessible and delicious offering. Using organic and local produce whenever possible, the menu features free-range rotisserie chicken and nutritious soups, salads and sides, which guests can buy to-go or dine-in.
