Bluprint Wellness

Blueprint Wellness is a private, application-only studio in Solana Beach built for adults who want training, recovery, and clinical insight under one roof.
Members start with a six-pillar Starting Point Assessment — strength, mobility, cardiovascular capacity, balance, body composition, and cognitive performance — that becomes the foundation of every program.

Strength training is delivered on TechnoGym's full AI-adaptive system, with equipment that measures force, velocity, and fatigue in real time. Recovery includes whole-body cryotherapy, contrast cold plunge, infrared sauna, and red light therapy. Naturopathic care is led by Dr. Lye on-site.

Memberships are capped to protect coaching ratios. Serving Solana Beach, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, and surrounding North County San Diego.
