Clearwater Mortgage is in business to help the home buyer or home owner get the right loan for them by connecting the borrower with the correct lender in the Clearwater FL area. Not every lender is the same, nor do they have the same guidelines that they follow. We have over 2 dozen lenders that we work with. No lender fees. We do not have a loan origination fee, lender, admin or processing fee on almost every loan we help with. The exception would be loans that are out of the norm. You will enjoy working w
