Coffs Harbour Shoulder & Hand Therapy, part of Health on High, provides treatment & care for hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder conditions across Coffs Harbour. We treat trauma, fractures, post operative rehabilitation and chronic conditions with personalised, evidence based therapy. Our team includes two Accredited Hand Therapists, one of whom is the only internationally Certified Hand Therapist on the Mid North Coast, with over 30 years of combined upper limb experience. Each plan is tailored to your needs with manual therapy, custom splinting, targeted exercises and ergonomic guidance to assist with pain, mobility and function. We support people of all ages to return safely to work, sport and daily activities.
