Counselling with Colette

I am an empathic counsellor who takes a bottom-up approach to wellness, recognizing the close connection between the body and the mind. I work collaboratively, guided by the belief that each client is the expert on their own lived experience. I meet individuals where they are in their journey and support them in moving forward at their own pace. As someone who identifies with the queer community, I bring an informed and affirming perspective, including an understanding of the complexities of coming out later in life. My role is to create a supportive, respectful space where you can connect with your own insight and strengths, and begin to trust the wisdom you already carry.
