Present-moment awareness -- mindfulness, are generally the missing pieces in the field of general psychology. I am interested in working with individuals dealing with addictions, compulsions, irrational thinking and/or general life problems. I strive to engage the human spirit of each individual in a joint effort to identify and manage or overcome problems. Each person has a vast background and different experiences. Each treatment plan must be tailored to the individual. I offer insight, energy, structure,
