I’m Dr. Maria Tucknott, a Clinical Psychologist offering talking therapy & counselling in Hertford.

I provide high quality talking therapy to adults (aged 18+)and specialise in working with those who have experienced trauma in its many forms. This includes single-incident trauma, birth trauma, developmental and relational trauma, complex trauma, and PTSD. I can also support those who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, often rooted in past experiences.
