Dr Purnajyoti Banerjee

Dr. Purnajyoti Banerjee is a distinguished Consultant Orthopaedic Spine Surgeon practising at The Harley Street Hospital, 19 Harley Street, London. With over 20 years of orthopaedic experience — including 7+ years as an independent spine consultant — he is widely recognised as one of London's leading spinal surgeons.
His clinical expertise spans the full spectrum of spine care: keyhole microdiscectomy, cervical and lumbar disc surgery, spinal decompression and fusion, kyphoplasty, spinal trauma, deformity correction, and image-guided spinal injections. He also treats conditions including sciatica, slipped disc, spinal stenosis, cervical radiculopathy, neck pain, and back pain.
Dr. Banerjee trained internationally across the UK, Germany, Switzerland, and Asia, and holds qualifications including FRCS (Tr & Orth), a Global Spine Diploma (AOSpine Switzerland), MSc Trauma & Orthopaedics (University of Warwick), Dip SICOT, and MRCSEd.
