Emiliana Guereca is an activist, author, speaker and movement builder based in Los Angeles, and the founder of the Women's March Foundation. Over 17 years she has turned ideas into events, year-round advocacy programs and movements people can join. She speaks at campuses, conferences and leadership gatherings on organizing at scale, women's leadership and building bridges across communities, and hosts The Rally Room, a weekly podcast on women's leadership and civic action. Her work has been recognized as a 2026 Woman of Impact, a 2024 Immigrant Champion and a 2021 Champion of Women.
