Evan Giles, Trainer

Evan is a Certified Personal Trainer with NSCA and aims to educate and inspire clients as they accomplish their personal fitness goals. His classes focus on foundational exercises in strength training and sculpting, and draws upon many popular modes such as weight lifting, yoga, and interval training to provide clients with well-constructed and effective strategies for fitness. Evan aims to empower everyone he can towards increased self-confidence and personal fulfillment with in health and fitness.
