Food Lab, Inc. began in 2006 as Brooker Laboratories providing Food Businesses and Restaurants with affordable nutritional analysis services and expert FDA food label compliance consulting. In 2011, five years and over 1,000 clients later, we decided to rebrand the business and become Food Lab, Inc..
