Freedom At The Mat is an online and in-person wellness platform designed for time-starved women combining physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellness. Inviting women who need a moment to indulge in mindfulness and wellness, FATM offers free yoga & meditation sessions on YouTube, and wellness tools such as yoga mats, candles, journals and more. Created by Wellness Advocate, RYT-200 Olivia F. Scott, Freedom At The Mat was specifically designed to be more than yoga postures.
