Full Spectrum Integrative Medicine is a physician led practice dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through personalized, evidence based care. Led by Dr. Rashna K. Staid, who is board certified in Internal Medicine and Integrative Medicine, we combine conventional and functional medicine to identify and treat the root causes of disease. Our focus includes prevention, nutrition, gut health, hormone balance, cardiometabolic health, healthy aging, and longevity. We partner with patients to create individualized plans using advanced testing, lifestyle medicine, health coaching, acupuncture, massage therapy, and other integrative treatments.
