GI Life Sciences is an integrated holistic wellness centre in Singapore, founded in 2003 by licensed TCM practitioner Tay Swee How. Located at 62 Ubi Road 1, #11-02, Oxley Bizhub 2, the centre is a registered place of practice combining four complementary services under one roof.

1. Licensed Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) — professional consultations, acupuncture therapy, herbal prescriptions, and acupressure-based support, all delivered by a licensed practitioner.

2. Personalised Health Coaching — lifestyle education and root-cause guidance covering daily habits, stress, nutrition, and personal health goals. Each plan is tailored to the individual, with structured follow-up sessions.

3. Energy Therapy — non-invasive sessions using the Life Energy Sauna (far-infrared) and Life Energy Lamp to support circulation, relaxation, and overall vitality. Sessions can be taken independently or integrated into a broader wellness plan.
