Helen Odessky, PsyD is a Chicago based psychologist who specializes in offering anxiety treatment services, social anxiety treatment services, and in treating other anxiety disorders, including panic attacks. I am passionate about helping you beat stress and anxiety. I believe that having coping skills is not enough to treat anxiety.
