"HICAT MARINE is a small family owned business based in Darwin, Norther Territory. Over the past 2 years we have been devloping marine access vessels- or ""Scissor Barges"".
Currently we have one Scissor Barge in service at HMAS Coonawarra, Darwin, NT working on the Attack Wharf maintenance project and another vessel being developed by our Engineer.
