INTEGRA.psych is a psychology practice on the Gold Coast specialising in holistic and trauma informed therapy. Led by a registered psychologist and EMDR therapist, the practice integrates evidence based approaches such as EMDR, somatic therapy, IFS and CBT to support meaningful emotional growth and personal development. INTEGRA.psych provides in person and online therapy for adolescents and adults, offering support with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, identity concerns, relationship challenges and overall wellbeing.
