Inochi Bodyspace

I am a Pilates and bodywork practitioner. I have been teaching for over 15 years, and have a background as a professional dancer. I prefer to teach and work with people in a way that is therapeutic verses pushing their bodies. Even with athletes I consider my work as part of recovery. I am great at working with people that need Pilates, stretch, or movement as part of their quality of life. I am very anatomy driven and teach technique versus just make you hard core sweat. The work is hard, but concentrated.
