Ironclad Fitness Academy

Ironclad Fitness Academy is a 12,000 sq ft performance training facility in Denver specializing in strength and conditioning, competitive CrossFit preparation, and sport-specific athletic development. Founded by Olympic weightlifting coach Derek Tran in 2018, our gym features Eleiko competition platforms, Rogue rigs, assault bikes, ski ergs, and a dedicated gymnastics area with spring floors. We offer 42 coached group classes per week, one-on-one personal training, and an 8-week Body Forge transformation program that has produced over 500 documented transformations. Our coaching staff holds CSCS, USAW, and Precision Nutrition certifications. Members get access to InBody composition scans, individualized programming through our TrainHQ app, and a recovery lounge with Normatec boots and infrared sauna.
