Our Nutritional therapies help clients to lose weight which improve not only their general health but their wellbeing with an increased level of energy and improved sleep.

With yoga the aim is to bring health to the body and mind by learning to use postures to relieve ailments and bring the mind into silence, balancing the physical, mental, emotional, psychic and spiritual being. Our classes use the Vinyasa and Hatha practises.
