The ‘Lanark Lifestyles’ site at 240 Gore Street East, at the corner of Scotch Line Road in Perth’s east end, will eventually be home to two 4-storey residences and a small commercial complex of 4-5 stores that may include a pharmacy.The first building will contain 102 units featuring studio, 1 and 2-bedroom residences for independent living, as well as floors for assisted living and memory care. Dr. Chadha says construction on this first phase hopefully will be completed in the fall of 2019.
