In 2000, Hank Merrick started Lean Life Shop after recovering from spinal meningitis. After his recovery, he vowed to focus his life on wellness. At this Cincinnati, Ohio-based health and fitness center, clients will form their dream team, which consists of a personal trainer, a nutrition consultant, and a pharmacist. Together, clients and their professional team members will invent powerful workout plans, delicious and healthy food plans, and precise supplement plans.
