Lexagle was founded in 2019 by an experienced and innovative leadership team led by Gerald Heng, a former M&A lawyer and fintech General Counsel, and Jimmy Tan, an entrepreneur with deep expertise in specialized industrial systems. The founders met while working together as Head of Legal and Head of Treasury and were united by a shared vision to simplify and modernize contract management for today’s businesses. They were later joined by Faye, a senior developer from a leading global technology company, who brought strong technical depth to the founding team.

This unique combination of legal, business, and technology expertise enabled Lexagle to address critical gaps left by traditional contract management solutions. By blending legal rigor with intelligent automation, the team built a platform that is secure, compliant, and enterprise-ready—yet intuitive and easy to use.
