Lily's Counselling

Lily’s Counselling provides individual and couples counselling in Squamish, BC, with online sessions available across Canada. Using an integrative, mindfulness-based approach grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Lily supports clients navigating stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and deeper emotional patterns. Sessions offer a grounded, compassionate space to gain clarity, build self-understanding, and foster more connected ways of relating to yourself and others. Free 15-minute phone consultations are available. Services are offered in English and Brazilian Portuguese.
