Liminal Counselling provides professional therapy services online, in-office, and in-home, helping clients navigate life transitions, trauma, relationships, anxiety, and personal growth. Led by a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling and over 10 years of experience, we offer compassionate, client-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs. Specializing in complex trauma, EMDR therapy, anxiety, depression, family conflict, parent coaching, and relationship counselling, we support children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across Ontario. Sliding scale rates are available to improve accessibility to quality mental health care.
