Mark Heller started Mark Motors store in 1957 in the Chicago suburb of Arlington Heights. In 1959, a company by the name of Mercedes-Benz was trying to build a dealer network in the US and offered Mark to be one of the first Mercedes-Benz dealers in the Chicagoland area.
