Marpa Minds is a specialised mental health treatment clinic serving Westchester County, Rockland County, and New Jersey from our White Plains, NY location. We are proud to be one of the only Spravato® REMS-certified treatment centres in the region, offering FDA-approved ketamine therapy for adults with treatment-resistant depression.
Spravato® (esketamine nasal spray) is the first medication in its class — a breakthrough antidepressant that provides relief where SSRIs, SNRIs, and other medications have failed. It is currently the only FDA-approved psychedelic medicine available in the US and is covered by most major commercial insurance plans and Medicare. At Marpa Minds, we believe no patient should be denied access to a life-changing treatment due to cost, which is why we support our patients through every step of the insurance approval process.
Our clinical environment was thoughtfully designed to put patients at ease. Private treatment rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and an experienced care team ensure that every session is safe, comfortable, and effective. All Spravato® sessions include a two-hour supervised monitoring period per FDA REMS requirements.
