Providing individual nursing support to all participants tailored to individual needs; support with medications, wound care, catheter care, continence care, diabetes care, monitoring long term conditions, PEG feeding, post-operative care, and complex health needs. All our care and support is facilitated by our trained nurses who communicate with all participants, their family, carers and health professionals and have a key role in developing care packages to ensure individuals health, safety and well-being.
