About Us

Montgomery Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was founded with a simple purpose: to give people a safe, clear, and welcoming way to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Since 2017, we have proudly served the Montgomery Township and Somerset County community, teaching adults and children the importance of self-defense, confidence, and personal responsibility through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. From the beginning, our focus has never been about ego, intimidation, or exclusivity. It has always been about people.

Montgomery Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is led by head instructor, Tom DeBlass Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt, Miguel Benitez. Professor Miguel is a highly experienced jiu-jitsu practitioner and has been instructing jiu-jitsu classes for over a decade.
