Neat Maids was founded by Rafael and Alejandra Marquez in 1998 back when it was better known as "Friendly Service". Neat Maids was a quickly blooming family business, largely due to its expertise in detail cleaning, customer satisfaction and honesty. Without much need for marketing, Neat Maids quickly became too big for the young couple to handle themselves, so they hired private contractors who where experts in their field, to handle the overflowing clientele.
