About Us

PACE-RI was founded to help local elders live safely at home, stay out of the hospital and nursing home, and reduce strain on their caregivers. We have had steady growth since opening our original center back in 2005. Since then we have added new centers in Westerly (2013), Woonsocket (2016), and Newport (*Pending CMS approval). Our flagship center and administrative offices were relocated to East Providence in 2021.

PACE-RI has 155 staff members who speak a total of 10 languages, and we are proud to be
